Making a Complaint
If you’re unhappy with the service you’ve received:

Speak to the Pharmacy Manager – most concerns can be resolved quickly on-site.

If not resolved, you may submit a formal complaint via email or letter.

Please include your name, contact details, the nature of the complaint, and the service/date in question.

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and respond fully within 10 working days.

All complaints are treated seriously, confidentially, and investigated in line with our internal procedures.

Terms & Conditions – Website & Service Use

1. General Information
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Nipharm Pharmacies, including services booked online, in-person consultations, and any advice or treatment received. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

2. Health Services Disclaimer
All health advice, consultations, and treatments are provided by qualified professionals. Our services are not a replacement for emergency medical care. If you are in urgent need, call 999 or contact your GP.

3. Eligibility
Some services, such as weight management and blood testing, are only available to patients who meet specific medical criteria. A pharmacist or healthcare professional will assess your suitability before treatment.

4. Booking & Appointments
Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Missed appointments may result in loss of deposit (where applicable).

5. Payment
Payment is due on arrival for private services, unless otherwise agreed. We accept most major credit/debit cards and cash. NHS services are provided free of charge where eligible.

6. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal and medical information is handled in accordance with GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. For more, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Liability
While we aim to provide the highest standard of care, Nipharm Pharmacies is not liable for issues arising from services not followed as instructed, or where full medical information was not disclosed.

8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
